A playful, purpose-driven workshop for adults who want connection without cringe
About this Event

PowerPlay blends playfulness with purpose in this unique new biweekly drop‑in workshop. Participants (like you?!) will have the chance to learn by doing things—laughing, moving, and co‑creating—together. Each time we meet, participants will practice essential life skills like listening deeply, adapting in the moment, collaborating under pressure, and building trust with others through simple, accessible games and guided reflection.

Because each session stands fully on its own, there’s no need to attend previous workshops (unless you just can’t stay away!). Just come and jump right in—and have a meaningful experience each time. Don’t worry, you won’t be recorded or asked to perform or “act”—the focus is on your participation, curiosity, and shared discovery. Activities are designed to be low‑pressure, inclusive, and surprisingly powerful, which will create space for each and every attendee (hopefully, that’s you!) to gain insight, connection, and growth.

No experience needed—just a willingness to show up, try something new, perhaps even be challenged, and play. By incorporating practical tools you can use in everyday life, work, relationships, and community, you’ll leave each session feeling more connected—to yourself and others.

Laughter strongly encouraged!

6:00 Attendees (primarily tortured souls) enter, get settled, and start their two-drink minimum.

6:15 Begin streaming to the virtual audience. (NOTE: Streaming will only capture the hosts on camera and the voices of anyone who contributes to the discussion.)

6:17 Introduction to the workshop / /cast and this session’s topic.

6:20 Reflection on the last workshop—the topic, what happened, and what people got out of it—with the in-person audience also invited to participate.

6:30 New lead-in discussion to this particular evening’s event, including the game being used and how it will be played.

6:40-6:45 Say goodbye to the virtual audience, stop streaming and recording, and start the in-person audience’s gameplay.

7:15 Stop the gameplay and debrief.
