$Powerful Tools for Caregivers: Wednesdays, 4\/1 - 5\/6$

Family caregivers will learn 35 tools to: avoid burnout, lessen stress, stop negative self-talk, strengthen communication, convey needs, and deal with difficult emotions.
The class will take place every Wednesday starting April 1 through May 6. Attendance to all 6 consecutive classes is requested, as this is not a drop-in style class.
