Having practiced yoga for over ten years and trained in Vinyasa, Grace will guide you through a dynamic flow that balances breath and focus with playful movement and opportunities to build strength and invert. Expect creative sequencing paired with a soulful playlist. As a recovering eyebrow-knitter and jaw-clencher, Grace encourages students to find softness in the most challenging poses, with the hope that we can take this skill off the mat into everyday life.
