A pihenésedet pedig egy rövidebb hangfürdővel kísérem majd.

This class is about building control, flexibility, and confidence. Breathwork guides us into the depths of Yoga. We move through a dynamic flow, creative sequences that challenges our balance, coordination, and strength. We work on postures that help us go a little deeper — both physically and mentally.
Deep stretches and a short sound bath will help you cool down and let go towards the end of the practice.
It’s a supportive space where you can explore safely, and feel proud of your progress.
I do not recommend this class for complete beginners.
