About this Event

This is an online workshop that will be exploring the importance of writing for wellbeing. Through this workshop we will be exploring all the different ways in which poetry can be implemented to help with our mental wellbeing. How an artform that has been around for over 5000 years has helped to shape our civilisation and give power to our very thoughts and dreams.

During the workshop there will be a mindfulness/relaxation exercise provided by our mental health practitioner and a new theme to explore each month to help encourage your writing and how it can help with our mental health.

The workshop will last approximately 90 mins with a 20 minute time to write break and time to share at the end.
