Pouring Into Self: A Feminine-Centered Healing Workshop

Pouring Into Self is a feminine-centered healing workshop created to honor women, trans women, and fem-identifying people on International Women’s Day.

This experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through guided meditation, Reiki-infused sound healing, reflective writing, and creative ritual. Together, we’ll create space to nourish feminine energy in all its expressions and offer love to the inner child within.

This is not about fixing or becoming — it’s about remembering, resting, and receiving.

• A grounding opening with matcha, chai, charcuterie, and sweet treats
• A Reiki-infused sound bath and guided meditation focused on feminine nourishment and safety
• A reflective inner child letter-writing ritual
• A guided cocktail candle-making experience with Craftolog’y
• A warm, inclusive, intimate setting (limited to 12 participants)

This space is open to women, trans women, and fem-identifying individuals seeking rest, reflection, and meaningful connection.

No prior experience with meditation, Reiki, or creative workshops is needed — just come as you are.

⚠️ Please Note: The studio is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs only (no elevator).

• On-site parking is available, including the garage (fits up to 4 cars — even if it says “No Parking”)
• You may also park along the sides of the building — just please do not block other cars
• If the lot is full, street parking is available
• Overflow option: park at Sprouts, one block away, and walk across the light to the studio

$80 per person ✨ First come, first serve — once tickets are sold out, registration will close.
