🪻 Soft Girl Saturday – Pour Into Yourself Collection 🪻Women’s History Month Event
This Women’s History Month, take a moment to slow down, reflect, and intentionally pour into yourself.
Soft Girl Saturday is an evening created to help women reconnect with themselves through reflection, creativity, and meaningful conversation in a supportive environment.
Hosted by Tifiny Frison, Mental Health Counselor, Owner of Lavender Luxe Wellness, Founder of the SHE Network, and a 23-Year U.S. Army Veteran, this experience is designed to support personal growth and community connection.
During the evening, guests will participate in a series of experiences designed to nurture the mind and spirit:
• Wine Tasting
• Guided Journal Journey
• Mood Board Creation
• Sound Bath Meditation
We are also honored to welcome Special Guest Celestine Flowers, Financial Advisor, who will share insight on financial awareness and answer questions during an open discussion.
Each guest will also receive take-home items to continue the experience after the event, including:
• Personal stationery for journaling
• A guided reflection worksheet
• Your completed mood board to take with you
• Self-reflection prompts to continue your journaling practice
This event is part of the Pour Into Yourself Collection, a series designed to encourage women to pause, reflect, and intentionally invest in their personal well-being.
