Calling all New Moms!
Join us for a Postpartum Rehab & Exercise Class on Tuesday, April 21st from 10:00 AM –11:15 AM at Pelvitone Physical Therapy in Rancho Bernardo.
This feel-good class is designed to help you reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth. You’ll get an easy-to-understand intro to your pelvic floor (no awkwardness, promise!) followed by a gentle, effective workout focused on your hips, glutes, and core.
Led by Dr. Danielle Owens, DPT, you’ll learn how physical therapy can support common postpartum concerns like diastasis recti, prolapse, pain, and bladder leaks—all in a supportive, judgment-free space.

This class is included for Tummy Time Club members or $20 for non-members. We are looking forward to an awesome mid-AM with you on April 21st!
About Your Instructor
Dr. Danielle Owens, DPT, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in Philadelphia in 2017 before moving to San Diego to begin her career in a busy orthopedic clinic. While she gained valuable experience, she soon realized she was seeking more meaningful, specialized work. After taking her first pelvic floor course, everything clicked—she discovered how life-changing this work can be for women.
Following several years of advanced training and working with other practice owners, Dr. Owens founded Pelvitone Physical Therapy in 2023. Her mission is to create a space where women feel heard, supported, and truly cared for throughout their healing journey.
