Postpartum & Breastfeeding Mom Group – Tuesdays Mission Valley (Jan)

Join us for a supportive postpartum gathering hosted inside the cozy space of Gauthier Family Chiropractic in Mission Valley.

This group is designed for parents with babies who are looking for support with:

• Feeding questions (breastfeeding, bottle, combo feeding, pumping)
• Lactation challenges and transitions
• Postpartum care, recovery, and emotional support

All feeding journeys are welcome, whether you’re breastfeeding, formula feeding, combination feeding, pumping, returning to work, introducing solids, or beginning the weaning process.

Being held in a family-centered chiropractic setting allows us to support postpartum healing while honoring the connection between the body, nervous system, and the transition into parenthood — for both parent and baby.

Come connect, ask questions, and feel supported in a warm, judgment-free space.
