Connection Mechanics: How Tango Actually Travels Between Two Bodies
All Levels Workshop with Adam Cornett
Connection is often described as something you “feel.”
In this class, we’ll look at how it actually works.
This workshop breaks connection down into physical mechanics that apply to every style of tango.
We’ll work on:
* How intention travels from the center of the body
* How structure supports clarity without stiffness
* How to create tone without tension
* How small adjustments in alignment change everything
No complicated patterns. No style changes.
Just clear, repeatable mechanics that make tango feel easier, more efficient, and more connected.
