Welcome to the Positive Movement Club - a space for men (or AMAB individuals) to come together, connect and sweat!
Once again, we return to the streets of London with a run hosted by Darren Onyejekwe, and powered by lululemon.
What to expect at the event
• A 7km run through the streets of London and two Royal Parks - followed by coffee in a local Soho café
• Connect with like-minded men, each of whom has their own unique life experiences and challenges. By sharing our stories through authentic conversations, we can help each other overcome obstacles, discover opportunities and build relationships

About Postive Movement Club
Darren is a lululemon ambassador, with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. He has a passion for all things movement, and lives his life by his family ethos ‘Positive Mental Attitude’.
When it comes to mental health, Darren’s two main safeguards are: movement and social interaction. Positive Movement Club looks to combine both of these creating an environment for men to be the best version of themselves. If our own mental state is good, we can better support our friends and family.
On a monthly basis, we will provide a space for men to connect with liked-minded people, share experiences, and of course, get your sweat on!
It is no secret that men face specific challenges when it comes to their mental health, and struggle to admit if they are feeling worried or low. From research performed by MIND (UK charity), it’s understood that male friendships are often based on shared activity - this is why Positive Movement Club has been created.
