Sacre Brød is a duo of Norwegian and French tech guys turned sandwich makers, making everything we can ourselves, and committing to the craft fully. We adore and obsess over sandwiches from all around the world, always trying something new, and blending the flavors we love. With a mix of influences and tastes from our respective origins, we bring a new look and taste to sandwiches in Oslo.
Sacre Brød's second pop up and next batch of sandwiches will be a mix of flavors from all around the Mediterranean.
The meat option consists of greek style marinated chicken, grilled with olives, topped with homemade labneh & bell pepper oil, romaine hearts and a fresh parsley pistachio mayo.
The Veggie option consists of braised leeks and asparagus, pistachio's, homemade labneh & bell pepper oil & fresh parsley pistachio mayo.
