This dedicated container combines Mysore-style practice with meditation and Yin Yoga, giving you the consistency and support to build momentum, refine your routine, and stay inspired alongside the MLC community.This focused container offers:

• 5 days of Mysore-style practice
• 1 Guided Full Primary + Conference
• 1 Meditation & Yin Yoga session

Monday - Friday

8:30 am - 10:30 am - Mysore Style Practice
Tuesday

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Meditation and Yin
Saturday

9 am - 12 pm - Guided Full Primary & Conference

Note: We accept cancellations up to 30 days prior to the workshop and you will receive full refund minus 10% of the original workshop fee. No refunds are available for cancellations within 30 days of the workshop.
