About this Event
DRENCHED! is a signature Rae Studios cardio dance-based class created by Jessica Rae featuring pre-choreographed dance combos. Music genres include Hip Hop, Latin Dance, Dancehall, Afro Dance, Reggaeton, and Pop. In this class, prepare to bring a towel and bottled water. Class will continuously move with three levels of movement. Levels 1-2 are easy to follow with Level 3 designed to move vigorously while pushing choreography retention. Class is great for all levels. Modified movements available and instructed by the teacher for every class.
Suggested Wardrobe:
Loose fitting pants or shorts, comfortable t-shirts or tank tops with a sports bra. Sneakers.
Suggested Experience:
No prior dance experience recommended. However, for absolute beginners, we recommend taking Beginner Hip Hop, Jazz Funk or Grooves.

Meet Your Instructor
Jessica Rae (she/her) is a Filipino business owner and educator around movement and entrepreneurship. She is the founder and CEO of Rae Model & Talent Agency LLC and Rae Studios, located in downtown San Francisco, California. Jessica graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Speech and Communications and a lifetime advocate of dance and the arts.She is an energetic certified Group Fitness and Dance Instructor with a strong background in Cardio Dance, Kickboxing, MMA, and dance choreography. She promotes healthy minds and bodies through music and movement while building a strong community motivating people to move outside their comfort zone. Her certifications include: GF, AFAA, CPA and First Aid, Pound Pro, Cize Live, Barre Certified and has been seen coaching for Gap HQ, Athleta, Lorna Jane, Fitbit, William-Sonoma, Airbnb, Eventbrite, Salesforce, Facebook, Marriott, San Francisco Middle School, Dare to Bare amongst other established corporations.Jessica currently teaches weekly classes at Equinox and Rae Studios.
About the Studio:
Rae Studios is a dance studio overlooking downtown San Francisco, located inside the Native Sons building serving our community since 2011. Our facility features three unique plant inspired spaces. Studio 1: "Live Your Life S1", Studio 2: "Rhythm and Flow" and Studio 3: "Creative Lab". Our spaces serve as studio rentals and private lessons by day and group classes by evening and weekends. Centralized around, hotels, shopping and various restaurants and is easily accessible by BART and MUNI. Our group classes are available in-person and online featuring a diverse instructor roster of 25+ teachers and 40+ classes 7-days a week. Our community welcomes people of all levels offering classes focused around dance including yoga for stretching, fitness for strength, cardio for endurance, and dance for technique & training.
