Come as you are, move in ways that feel right for you, and enjoy a space where you are surrounded by our community and every body belongs. A friendly team will be on hand to answer questions, help you find your way around, and introduce you to new faces if you’d like to meet some folks.
There is no additional cost for these sessions, simply turn up and pay the regular pool entry fees (though do reach out to us if cost is a barrier). There is no need to register for this event.
