Sideline Cardio is a dynamic, high-energy dance cardio experience featuring NFL-style pom choreography designed to make you feel powerful, confident, and unstoppable. You’ll build strength, stamina, and coordination through structured, performance-driven routines that challenge your body and light up the room.
Class finishes with an all-out dance sprint that delivers a serious sweat and major fun. Think fierce energy, sharp movements, and that electric sideline spirit brought straight to the studio floor.
Jada brings elite experience to every routine. She danced in the NFL for five seasons with two teams, earning the honor of representing her teammates at the 2019 Pro Bowl. She later served as Head Coach of the USF Sundolls and has choreographed for professional teams, camps, and events nationwide.
In 2020, she founded Sideline Cardio to give women everywhere the opportunity to train like pros, dance with confidence, and live out or relive their sideline dreams.
Whether you’ve danced before or you’re stepping onto the “field” for the first time, this class is designed to push you, empower you, and leave you glowing!
Level 1 Sideline Cardio is a slightly slower pace, fewer eight counts, and an extended stretch/cooldown session that focuses on improving flexibility! A foundational class for beginners or those who haven't danced in a while. But don't get it twisted, you can still expect to get your heart pumping and a guaranteed good time.
