Learn how to support California's diverse wildlife in your home or community garden!
About this Event

How do you invite butterflies, birds and other important pollinators into your space, mindfully considering their environment and water needs? This class will help you to create a rich, habitat garden that will attract a range of important California wildlife.

California is home to the most diverse plant life in the United States with more than 7,000 kinds of native plants, one-third of which are endemic, meaning that they occur nowhere else on earth. Together, these plants support an equally rich diversity of wildlife.

Discover how landscape design, plant selection, and maintenance support and welcome wildlife and the health of our communities. A great class for both beginners and for people who have experience and want to keep growing!

This class will be held online via and recorded. Login instructions will be included in the reminder emails. Registered participants will have access to a recording of the class for 2 weeks after the live event.

Erin Johnson is TPF Director of Public Programs.
