About this Event

Pole dance for fitness is a fun way to get active, enjoy fitness, and embody some sensuality you've been waiting to express. This class includes a warm up, many beginner moves, and some spin combos.

Either March 2 or March 3, a Monday or a Tuesday is the only night Fortress can run a PRIVATE, women ONLY event for us.

This class listing is now live and will get cancelled with automatic full refunds if we don't get a minimum of 10 poeple registered tonight (Galentine's). Show us you want this to happen. We have to purchase the equipment. It's seriously expensive and shipping takes a long time, so yes we need this much notice to learn if we're running the class or not.

Spots will be limited so that everyone can get the attention they need with an instructor.

Athletic wear and clean athletic shoes is what your instructors will teach in. You CAN learn pole dance fitness in any clothing /footwear but make sure you're not wearing anything you could trip over. Dress comfortably for your body and movement. RINGS and metal JEWELRY MUST BE REMOVED for your safety and to not scratch the pole.
