Calling all Pokémon fans! The American Association of School Librarians and Association for Library Service to Children have partnered with The Pokémon Company International to help libraries bring Pokémon Clubs to their communities, and now it’s coming to the Carnegie Library.
Join us for a fun, low-key gathering where Pokémon fans can meet, trade stories, and share their favorite parts of the Pokémon world. The Carnegie Library is also a Pokémon GO PokéStop, so players can collect Poké Balls, eggs, and potions while they visit.
Each monthly session will feature themed activities. June 25 activities include Pokémon Battle Academy and a watch party. Drop in anytime. No registration required. Pokémon cards will be available to borrow for those who need them.

The Carnegie Library is located at 201 Avenue A in Turners Falls, MA.
Getting Here:
Those taking public transit can reach the Library by taking the FRTA Bus Routes 22, 24, or 32 to the Food City stop or by taking FRTA’s Route 23 to the Ave A and 3rd Street stop.

Accessibility:
The Carnegie Library has one accessible parking space, located on the 7th Street side of the building (to the left side, if you’re facing the front of the building). The Library is accessible by wheelchair ramp, accessed down the driveway off of the 7th Street side of the building. There is an automatic door at the top of the ramp. There is a restroom, but the entrance to it is not ADA compliant.
