POHL is a genre-bending noise rock trio featuring former Hey Colossus axeman Will Pearce on guitar/vocals, drummer Dr Linda Westman of Toronto-based death metal two-piece Old Hope, and bassist Loz Johnson of Lo Egin and True Yorkshire Kult Ensemble.
Sheffield five-piece Dearthworms announce their debut album, Sapsucker, due 26th July 2024 on the city’s Redundant Span Records. Sapsucker is a ferocious yet considered blend of jagged noise, wonky alt-rock, and a touch of experimental post-punk.
