Tim has over a decade of professional podcasting experience and has experience as both the host of a podcast with over 20 million downloads (The Worst Idea of All Time) and being the award-winning producer of over a dozen shows, including for RNZ, The Spinoff, Audible and more. He has been honoured with three separate Gold Medals at the NZ Podcast Awards, among other accolades in the medium. Tim has operated his own podcast network, Little Empire Podcasts for a decade and previously worked as global podcast leader Acast's Content Development Director for NZ.
