Something for the BBQ (veggie and meat options welcome)

Your own reusable plates, cups, and cutlery (let’s keep waste to a minimum!) There will be wash stations so please bring your teatowel.
What’s Happening:
Whenua to Wharekai – Enjoy a feast made from locally grown kai
Whānau BBQ – Fire up the grill and share kai with the community
Local Stories & Garden Chat – Learn about maara, composting, and food resilience.
Music & Fun – Enjoy live tunes and a relaxed atmosphere
This event is part of the Seeds to Feeds kaupapa, which celebrates local food, sustainability, and bringing people together through shared meals and storytelling.
Whether you’ve been growing kai, supporting local producers, or just love good food and good company, we’d love to see you there!
