About this Event
Elizabeth Evitts Dickinson & Anne Ditmeyer cordially invite you to a celebration of two books that honor the love of pockets in a charming pocket of Paris.
MEET THE AUTHORS:
ELIZABETH EVITTS DICKINSON is a Baltimore-based writer whose critically acclaimed book Claire McCardell: The Designer Who Set Women Free shares the riveting hidden history of the most influential fashion designer you’ve never heard of. That designer is also the women you can thank for having pockets in clothes.

ANNE DITMEYER is a Paris-based creative catalyst, workshop facilitator, and author. Her book OVERRIDE! What if there was another way? is a pocket playbook for possibility. The book is an invitation to shake up the status quo (which sometimes involves mapping on bananas) and fits in most pockets.
