If you’ve ever wanted to explore pole, reconnect with your sensuality, or be the star of your own music video where your body is celebrated exactly as it is, this is your moment.
A 5-week pole dance experience for plus-size women, designed to help you unlock confidence, strength, sensuality, and storytelling through movement.
This isn’t a pole course. It’s a journey where you’ll learn, grow, and work towards an exciting filmed performance, celebrating everything you’ve built over the programme.
What to Expect: Programme Structure
Over 4 weeks of training, you’ll be guided through the foundations of pole dance in a supportive, body-positive space. Each session will focus on building confidence on the pole while learning simple movements, transitions, and flow.
Together, we’ll begin developing a short routine, designed to highlight your energy, presence, and personality.
In Week 5, you’ll bring everything together and perform the routine as part of a professionally filmed video concept, your chance to step into the spotlight and celebrate your journey.
Who This Is For
This programme is specifically designed for plus-size women who want to explore pole in a supportive, empowering environment.
It is completely beginner-friendly.
You do not need:
- Any previous pole experience
- Dance experience
- A certain level of fitness
If you’re curious about pole but have always felt nervous, intimidated, or unsure if it’s for you, this space has been created with you in mind.
Many participants will feel nervous at first, and that’s completely normal. The goal is simply to show up, explore movement, and enjoy the process.

To secure your place, you’ll need to pay this non-refundable deposit via Eventbrite (including their processing fees)
The remaining balance can be paid in full or through a payment plan, allowing you to spread the cost comfortably before the programme ends.

Week 1 – Introduction to Pole & Foundations
Info: We start by getting comfortable with the pole and the space.
You’ll learn the foundations of pole dance, including grip, posture, basic spins, and simple transitions. This session is all about building confidence, understanding the pole, and moving at a pace that feels supportive for beginners.

Week 2 – Strength, Flow & Movement
Info: In week two we begin developing flow and movement around the pole.
You’ll build on the basics from week one while learning additional spins, transitions, and ways to move confidently between the floor and the pole. We’ll also begin introducing small movement combinations to help you feel more fluid.

Week 3 – Routine Development
Info: By week three we start bringing everything together.
You’ll begin learning sections of the performance routine, combining the movements you’ve learned so far. This week focuses on musicality, presence, and finding your own style within the choreography.

Week 4 – Rehearsal & Performance Confidence
Info: This week is about refining the routine and building confidence.
We’ll run through the choreography, smooth out transitions, and give you space to practise performing the routine. The focus is not perfection, but helping you feel comfortable, confident, and ready for filming.

Week 5 – Video Concept Filming
Info: The final week is where everything comes together.
Everyone will perform the routine as part of the video concept shoot, celebrating the journey you’ve taken over the programme. This is your moment to step into the spotlight and capture the confidence you’ve built.
