Join us for an empowering and educational community class focused on understanding menstrual cycles, vaginal health, and sustainable period care.
This interactive session is designed to help women and girls better understand their bodies, ask questions in a safe and supportive environment, and learn practical ways to manage menstrual health with confidence.
Participants will receive a FREE menstrual cup and learn how to properly use it during the class.
