About this Event
Pleasure Pilates is a 45 minute Pilates class focused on strengthening and stretching all the essential parts to enhance your physical pleasure experience. A flow meditation is to Immediately follow for the ultimate cool down and moment to focus your energy inward. This class is your moment to think about you, your needs, your wants, and have fun! To be just you, for a couple of hours!
What to expect: Expect classical Pilates movements that focus on a combination of strengthening your pelvic floor and deep core muscles, strengthening and opening your hip flexors, with a dash of spinal mobility to fun, energetic, hip-hop and R&B.
