About this Event
Join STP Contemporary Theatre Berlin for a hands-on writing workshop designed to help you craft your own 1-act play. Through interactive exercises and guided writing sessions, you'll gain the tools and confidence to develop a first draft—at your own pace, of course!
You'll have dedicated time to write, share ideas with fellow attendees, and receive feedback in a supportive environment. Plus, you’ll leave with workshop materials and the chance to follow up during our virtual office hours.
Why This Workshop?
We’re hosting this workshop in anticipation of our upcoming 1-Act Play Festival! Writers who complete a 1-act play will be encouraged to submit their work for consideration. To learn more about the festival please visit our website. (Please note that participation in the workshop does not guarantee selection.)

- Ideation – Generating compelling ideas
- Story Structure – Crafting a solid narrative arc
- Characterization Through Dialogue – Making your characters come alive
- Editing – Refining your work for impact
