Playing with Small Talk

Small talk is dumb and somehow unavoidable. Why not have some fun with it?

We're going to talk about what makes small talk tick and have a chance to try some stuff out, so that this silly yet stressful social interaction can feel a bit easier and more playful.

Open to all levels of small talkers, especially if you're "terrible" at small talk.

Session will include the following:

• Awareness practices
• Silly Improv Games (yay!)
• Reflection Questions (too many, probably)
• PRACTICE THE THING (small talk)
