Playing with Archetypes: An embodied exploration of the influences and patterns that shape us—moving towards croíating (creating) and not being created.We’ll work with play, reflective writing, and embodied exercises to explore different parts of self, including King/Queen, Warrior, Lover, Magician and Fool.
The afternoon will be a movement into dance bringing us further into the body’s wisdom as we witness and let go of stories that no long serve us- or our world.

About your facilitator
Peter supports people to reconnect with confidence, creativity, and a deeper sense of purpose through transformational coaching and embodied creative practice.
Drawing on several years working with archetypes through Generative Trance, NLP and ‘Fooling’, he creates spaces that invite reflection, play, and practical exploration.
Peter is an NLP Trainer, Improv coach and Generative Trance practitioner who offers a grounded and enlivening approach to personal growth — supporting meaningful change from the inside out.
