Can you remember how easy, uplifting, natural and discovering it was when you played as a child? Well, we still have that capacity to make us alive and happy but while growing-up we may have lost our playmates..

Lets explore and build connections: to our bodies, feelings, vitality, freedom and to each other.
Enjoy being quirky your unique way, embarrassingly authentic or authentically embarrassing, no one else can do it for you! And for us.. to have fun together and allow ourselves to be who we are..
Lets be seen and see, or lets hide behind the roles we enjoy and change it anytime to enjoy even more.. Hide and seek ourselves.. wasn't it a good game?
WHAT TO EXPECT?
- playful communication beyond learned cultural and language barriers
- free play and improvisation, structured games and invented ones by ourselves on the spot
- like people spontaneously moving, following their impulses and free expression and their need to interact or stay with themselves
- like relaxing into here and now and our shared presence
- like cultivating encouraging and supporting space for ourselves in max 12 people
- like sharing and reflecting on the experience together by bodily expression or words
WHAT TO TAKE WITH?
- yourself, your body, whatever mood and condition you are in and courage to show-up with it or in spite of that
- comfortable clothes and indoor shoes to move around freely, something to drink possibly
- language skills or disabilities of any kind: The meetings are held mostly in non-verbal communication and instructed in English level whatever (as you are just reading), miserable Icelandic might get involved in crises, basics of Russian of no grammar or excellent Czech to those who can appreciate, decent Giberish, too..
- 1st meeting is donation based (to support me in renting the place, covering travel costs and donating time and energy for organizing and coming with events like these..)
- monthly follow-up (16.5., 16.6. and further on hopefully..) may cost some symbolic amount after considering all the risks :)
