Playhouses for Patriots is a heartfelt community initiative bringing together Montgomery County’s real estate professionals, builders, local businesses, and volunteers to create and gift custom playhouses to the children of military families. These aren’t just playhouses — they are symbols of appreciation, love, and stability for the youngest heroes in our community who often face the emotional challenges of deployment, relocation, and sacrifice.
Each playhouse is a collaborative effort: builders construct the framework, and local Realtor/Real Estate industry teams bring them to life with creative design, décor, and finishing touches. The finished playhouses will be gifted during a large-scale holiday event in December, where families will be celebrated with joy-filled activities, vendor booths, festive fun, and community connection.
