Play Go at eclectic games! This event runs every Monday from 6pm to 10pm.
Invented over 4500 years ago, the abstract board game Go is believed to be one of the oldest still played today! It is an adversarial two-player board game where the objective is to surround a larger area of the board than the oponent. As the game progresses, contests between the players evolve resulting in taking the opponents pieces.
Please see the Games Room Rules and the Ticket & Refund FAQs before booking.
I have some more questions about Go!
Do I need to know how to play Go before I come?
No, there will be other players there to help explain it to you, however, it would be helpful to give this video a quick watch which explains the game very well.
Is Go a good game for me?
Well, we can't answer that, however, here's a video that talks more about Go in itself, the complexity, and what is great about it. Click here to watch SU&SD's video on Go!
