Planting the Seed Day Retreat: A healing dance experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and intentionally step into growth. Through guided movement, grounding practices, and shared community space, we'll explore what it means to plant seeds within.
The day retreat will be followed by an open dance social on that evening from 8pm-12pm. Feel free to join us then!
