Join us for this delightful event as part of the Peter Beales Gardening Club series and plant your own salad trough to take home with you*. In this hour-long workshop, you will start by selecting your own trough to suit your space and then choose from our wide range of salad leaf plants. Then Dawn will take you through the steps of planting up your trough, so that you can enjoy freshly grown salad leaves all summer long. She will also talk you through the best ways to care for your planter throughout the summer to get the best produce from it.
This course is great for anyone who is interested in growing their own vegetables and for any keen gardeners who don’t have a lot of space for traditional planting in their outdoor area.
Please Note: this session is part of our Peter Beales Gardening Club series, and tickets are free to book to reserve your spot, but payment is required on site for the trough and plants that you use.
