Journey Into Safety: Voice, Sound & Energy Healing
Kinga and Veronica invite you to an evening of Voice, Sound, Reiki, and Light Language healing.

Many of us move through life carrying tension, old fears, or a quiet sense of not fully feeling safe in our own bodies. This evening offers a gentle space to soften those layers and reconnect with a deeper sense of grounding, clarity, and inner stability.
This evening begins with a short guided vocal toning practice focused on balancing the body’s main energy centers (chakras). The human voice is one of the most powerful healing instrument we carry within us. This gentle practice helps regulate the nervous system, opens the breath, and brings the group into resonance. No singing experience is needed ; this is simply an invitation to explore the natural vibration of your own voice.
From there we will flow into energetic clearing using rattles, helping to shake loose tension, heaviness and energetic debris build up in the body and energetic field.
Kinga will then offer intentional voice healing, using sound and vibration to support the body in releasing what is ready to soften. Her voice works with frequency and tone to help clear energetic layers that can keep us stuck in patterns of tension or survival mode.
Veronica will bring Reiki and Light Language to support this process, helping the body unwind, settle, and reconnect with a steadier inner foundation.
This is not a traditional sound bath. It is a multilayered sound healing experience where voice, vibration, and energy work together with one shared intention: to help you feel safer, clearer, and more grounded within yourself.

Practical Details
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or two for extra padding, as you will be lying on the floor for approximately 60–90 minutes. You may also wish to bring a cushion, blanket (or two), and some water.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Late cancellations or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
