About this Event
Come out for a beautiful spring walk full of plant talk!
As we stroll through Prospect Park, learn how to identify common plants, learn edible and medicinal species, and learn all about their role in NYC's ecology. We'll share fun facts, plant history, wild recipes, plant folklore, and more. Whether you're new to learning about plants or you're a seasoned plant nerd, this event is for you! Come ready to learn, to explore, to maybe nibble on some wild plants, and enjoy a nature-filled afternoon in Prospect Park connecting with our local plants. All ages are welcome!
