Join Grace and Saewon for an exploratory workshop with the spirit of the local Elder tree (Sambucus mexicana). Through immersive ceremonial activities we will explore the Elder tree’s medicinal and spiritual qualities through infusions, tea meditation, flower essences, journaling, an integrative sound bath and hands on reiki healing. Come as you are. And leave with a newfound depth of intimacy with the plant world and a harmonization of your energy field.

Grace Oh is a Multidisciplinary Healing + Arts Practitioner. Her studies and practices over the last 20 years combines Vibrational Sound Healing, Reiki, Nutritional Cheffing, Yoga, & Photography. She has been working with numerous clients privately in the greater Los Angeles area and co-facilitated international retreats since 2016.
