About this Event
Join us for a two-hour immersive experience designed to ground, restore, and connect. This offering includes a 30-minute sound journey followed by a 45-minute facilitated care circle, using the Restorative Practices circle process to foster meaningful reflection and connection.
Before we begin, we’ll co-create shared agreements to help shape a brave and grounded space. This gathering is limited to 15 participants to preserve the intimacy and sacredness of the experience, ensuring everyone feels held and heard.
Depending on group size, timing for each portion may be adjusted to best support the flow and depth of the experience. If time allows, we may extend to 2.5 hours to allow for a more spacious unfolding.
Together, we will move through sound, stillness, and shared care, creating space for healing, connection, and restoration.

About LA Adkins
LA Adkins (she/her), also known as The Holistic Wellness Coach + Guide, is a licensed therapist and subject matter expert in mental health and wellness. She is a writer and creative who is certified and trained as a Mindfulness Meditation Guide and a Sound Journey Practitioner. LA is the Founding Owner of Reconnect With You, PLLC, a holistic wellness practice specializing in inspiring and nurturing the inner journey for those navigating grief, isolation, and transition.She provides coaching, sound therapy, public speaking services, and she makes candles, all of which have a focus on holistic wellness. She has facilitated sound journeys as a wellness offering for several hundreds of folx, including at universities, corporations, yoga and integrative wellness studios, non-profit organizations, and on virtual platforms. LA was also trained in YWCA’s racial and restorative justice program to guide the circle process with integrity, and she has guided circles in both communities and schools.She has published a self-exploration gratitude journal, and she delivered a TEDx talk. How LA shows up in the world is guided by her personal values, which are accountability, authenticity, autonomy, integrity, justice, and transparency. As a champion of solitude, she firmly believes that one’s relationships with others are both an extension and reflection of the relationship one has with oneself.
