About this Event

In this Meat-free class, the Escoffier Chef Instructor will teach how to prepare and cook hearty Plant-Based delicacies great for the colder months of the year.

Class check-in is at 4:45 pm and we will start promptly at 5:00 pm.

Menu:

  • Vegan Potatoes au Gratin- thinly sliced and layered potatoes coated in cashew cream.
  • Vegan Caesar Salad- The ever-popular Caesar Salad vegan style!
  • Butternut Squash Soup-A delicious and warming puree of butternut squash
  • Sauteed Mushrooms- An easy technique to craft a delicious dish
  • Sauteed Winter Greens- A simple technique for winter greens.

What is the cancellation policy?

Class registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the class date. Class registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the class. Missed classes may not be made up.

The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards and to change recipes based on product availability.

*It is extremely rare for a class to be canceled due to weather.

Is there an age requirement?

Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian.

Is there a dress code?

This is a hands-on cooking event. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. For safety reasons, please do not wear shorts, skirts or sandals. If you have long hair, please pull it back during class.
