About this Event
June 21 Thai street food is famous for its complex flavors, a balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and salty elements. Our recipes will include papaya salad, spring rolls with peanut sauce, ginger sesame noodles, creamy Thai carrot soup, and crispy tofu satay. All delicious, all plant-based. We'll cook together, you'll sample and take home the recipes (and any leftovers). Enjoy a small class, one-on-one learning, some demo, and some hands-on. Bring an appetite and an interest in plant-based cooking. A confirmation letter will include directions.
