Join us in the Teaching Kitchen to learn about the ins and outs of creating delicious meals that are both gluten-free and plant based. You'll work with Registered Dietitian Daphne Olivier to explore gluten-free choices that support healthy lifestyles. Eating for lifelong health is easy. Come learn from an expert and get ready for some delicious fun!
Meet Daphne, a food passionista, farm girl wanna-be, and registered, yet unconventional dietitian. She is the founder of The Unconventional Dietitian, her private nutrition practice where she works with people to upgrade to a real food diet. She works with people with varying degrees of metabolic disorders including insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome and gastrointestinal disorders such as IBS and gastroparesis and all of the challenges that go along with them. In her practice, she is devoted to providing education, empowerment and strategies needed to facilitate change to nourish the body and support a healthy lifestyle.

**All gluten-free ingredients will be used in the class. The Teaching Kitchen is adjacent to the Red Stick Spice blending workroom. Red Stick Spice is not a certified gluten free facility. Please email [email protected] with specific questions.
This class is for participants 16 and up. Teenagers must be accompanied by an adult; both the teenager and accompanying adult must purchase a class seat.
CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Planning and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
