About this Event
Spend the day immersed in the magic of Jewish storytelling! Children of all ages are invited to pick up free PJ Library books, meet our storybook authors, explore creative workshops, enjoy hands-on crafts, and dance along to live music. From morning through afternoon, the festival will be buzzing with activities that celebrate books, imagination, and community.
FREE! Registration required.
Please select one time slot, morning or afternoon. Do not register for both morning and afternoon. Morning 10 AM - 1 PM | Afternoon 1 PM - 4 PM

10:00 am: Doors Open!
Open All Day:
➡️ Explore the Book Shuk and discover new PJ Library stories to take home and enjoy.
➡️ Visit the Creative Corner for hands-on fun, crafting, building, and imagination.
➡️ Stop by our PJ Library Book Drop to pass along the stories you’ve already loved to another family.
➡️ Parents and kids are invited to our Studio to get on camera and tell us your favorite part of PJ Library.➡️ Need a sensory-friendly space, breast-feeding spot, or calm corner? Visit our Quiet Room.
➡️ Plus enjoy face painting, balloon animals, light snacks, and more!
10:15 – 11:00 am: Workshop Sessions I
➡️ Children ages 3-5 are invited to a workshop with Alan Silberberg, author of PJ Library’s P Is for Pastrami: The ABCs of Jewish Food.
➡️ Children ages 6-9 are invited to a workshop with Erica Perl, author of PJ Library’s When Life Gives You O.J.
➡️ Adults are invited to a special workshop with the Jewish Book Council.
10:30 – 11:00 am: Read-Aloud and Book Signing with PJ Library Author Sara Ackerman
11:15 am – 12:00 pm: From the Page to the Stage with Grammy Winner Joanie Leeds

12:30 – 1:00 pm: Read-Aloud and Book Signing with PJ Library Author Ann Koffsky
