Piñatas

Estaremos haciendo piñatas, y cada paso simbolizará un aspecto de la salud mental. Romper los estigmas en torno a la salud mental, liberar la negatividad y el trauma, y desarrollar la resiliencia, mientras nos conectamos como comunidad.

We will be making piñatas, and each step will symbolize an aspect of mental health: breaking the stigmas surrounding mental health, releasing negativity and trauma, and building resilience—all while connecting as a community.

When people paint a flowerpot, they engage in creative expression, which helps reduce stress. The flower represents our personal growth, as well as the need to take care of ourselves in order to thrive.
