This event is a SOCIAL RUCK! The Pizza Ruck is a food-themed challenge to complete with friends and family. Minimum distance is 5 km (but more miles means you can enjoy more slices) and you get to pick the weight you carry.
We will meet at Pizza Nerds in Old Ottawa South then ruck along the canal around to Carleton University and back to Pizza Nerds.
Come for the ruck, stay for the pizza.
