Join Bay Pizza Lab for a hands-on experience exploring the craft, science and joy of exceptional pizza dough. Led by Maurizio Gabbrielli, this session is a deep dive into the art and science of pizza making. You'll learn how dough is made, stretched and shaped, how fermentation influences flavour and texture, and how simple, high-quality ingredients come together to create something extraordinary.
Expect a relaxed, interactive atmosphere where you’re encouraged to get hands-on, ask questions, and experiment with flavour. You'll learn how to make the perfect pizza dough from scratch through a live demonstration, then get your hands in it: stretching, shaping and topping your very own pizza before cooking it fresh. To finish, we'll come together to eat, drink and enjoy our pizzas.
