Our Glow Social: Pilates & Pizza Night is all about bringing women together — whether you’re coming solo or with a friend, this is your space to feel welcome, relaxed, and connected.
We’ll start with a 45-minute Infrared Hot Mat Pilates class, designed to be beginner-friendly, energising, and confidence-boosting. Expect full-body movement, core work, and that signature Glow feel-good flow.
After class, we’ll wind down with 45 minutes of pizza and social time — a chance to chat, laugh, and meet like-minded women in a relaxed, supportive environment.
This isn’t just a class — it’s your opportunity to find your people.
