Join us for a special DropSound experience: Pink Pilates Princess — a silent headphone mat Pilates class designed to sculpt, strengthen, and energize your entire body in the fresh air with guest instructor Sophie Coburn of @simplysophyoga 💗

This low-impact, high-burn class blends intentional Pilates movement with a fun, uplifting playlist streamed directly through our signature silent headphones. Expect slow, controlled sequences focused on core strength, posture, alignment, glutes, arms, and full-body toning — with options to modify or amplify throughout class.

This is not an intimidating Pilates studio environment. It’s movement, music, community, and good energy outdoors with the signature immersive DropSound feel.
