About this Event

Join us for a hands on workshop on designing your first irrigation system. This class will focus on two differnet strategies: sprinklers and drip irrigation using water from a garde spigot. In the workshop participants will design a small system and then assemble it in the class. Participants can take their systems home. Participants will learn:

design basics
design strategies
how to assemble irrigation components
problem solving irrigation systems
dealing with water pressure (high and low)
maintaining the system, fixing it when it breaks
how to winterize the system
