As the first full moon of spring rises, we’re gathering inside the Ciderhouse to toast to the changing seasons. The Pink Moon has long been a symbol of rebirth and the ground waking up, and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate that energy than with a seat at our table and a glass in hand!On Thursday, April 2nd, from 6pm to 8pm, we’re hosting an intimate four-course dinner designed to bridge the gap between winter’s pantry and the first hints of spring.
🐟 First Course | Gravlax with Bread and Pickled Beets.
Pairing: Almacita 'Brut Rose'
🐚 Second Course | New England Clam Chowder with Potatoes and Fennel.
Pairing: False Bay 'Chardonnay'
🍣 Third Course | Ahi Tuna with Maple, Olives, Horseradish, Potatoes, and Pecans.
Pairing: Yuzu Chuhai Cocktail
🍰 Fourth Course | Brown Sugar Squash Cake with Sorghum.
Pairing: Spiked Wilson's Cider

🎟️ Tickets are $85 per person. Your ticket acts as your reservation, so no need to print anything out.
🪑 We recommend purchasing all the tickets for your group at once. However, if you are not able to do so, please leave a note at checkout with the name of the group(s) you would like to be seated with.
🥂 Drink pairings. These are alcoholic by default. If you’d prefer a non-alcoholic pairing, please make a note at checkout prior to purchasing tickets.
