Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his most controversial speech on April 4, 1967. One year later, on April 4, 1968, he was assassinated in Memphis.
Come read with us his 1967 speech, and also ”I’ve Been to the Mountaintop,” his last speech on April 3, 1968.
